Dear Dolores,
When it was time to choose which school to attend for college, I was very hesitant to decide. I mean, I will have to go to this school for the next four years, and it could change the way life leads me. Do I stay near home and stay with what is familiar to me? Or do I venture into the unknown and see what awaits me? My family begs me to stay close, but I decide not to. I wish to find a new place, far away from the people I grew up with, away from my pets, away from everything I have ever known. I decide to go out of state; I do miss my family dearly, and especially my two lovely cats at home.
